Calculator inputs

Income, housing costs, and other debts are processed in your browser. DTICheck does not operate a backend that receives those figures. Sharing a URL that includes query parameters (for example ?income=8000) will expose those numbers to anyone who opens the link and to any server logs that store request URLs if you host the site behind a CDN.

No accounts

There is no login, no user profile, and no stored worksheet on our servers.

Advertising

This site is designed to show third-party ads through Google AdSense when a publisher ID is configured. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, including ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google’s ad settings and industry opt-out pages.

AdSense and related services are provided by Google LLC. Their use of information is described in Google’s privacy policy. We do not sell calculator inputs as a data product.

Server and CDN logs

The host (for example Cloudflare Pages) may log IP address, user agent, referrer, and the pages you request. Those logs are used for security, reliability, and aggregate traffic counts.

Contact form

The contact page opens your own email client. Messages you send are ordinary email and are not stored by the calculator itself.

Children

The site is intended for adults shopping a US mortgage or studying household ratios. It is not directed at children under 13.
